On the 18th of the month the people of Britain dressed up funny and celebrated the Red Nose Day, that occurs every couple of years since 1988. Red Nose Day is a day that gives people a chance to dress in t-shirts with pictures of, among others, Shakespeare with a red nose and Louis XVI lady with red breasts. However Red Nose Day is actually a chance for people to donate money that will help those in need. This year were raised approximately 75 million pounds. In the campaign participated British celebrities such as Sienna Miller, Pixie Lott, Ant and Dec, Nicola Roberts, John Cleese and David Walliams (photographed by Bryan Adams), as well as Bill Gates, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton by expressing their support.
Designer of the impressive t-shirts was of course one of Britain's best fashion designers, the most renowned Vivienne Westwood.
